The July report shows that the market is still in a slight downward trend and very sluggish with all sectors reporting losses from last month&#8217;s projections except for the public sector in highway construction. In the feature segment Glenn Wilson discusses the need for collecting all the monies that we are due on our contract particularly those resulting from changes in work.  In the legal segment Glenn Wilson looks at a case where contractor was barred from collecting additional monies for contract changes because of its failure to provide written notice to the owner according to the contract terms.</span></span></p>
